保固政策     Warranty Policy 不可維修項目                                                                           
保固政策:
  • 保固內不收取任何費用(不適用保固的情形除外),保固外依本公司維修及服務定價收費。

  • TRI承諾保持RMA單位最大效率, 將大多數退回商品於收到後7個工作天內完修或換修寄回。

  • 保固內及有簽保固合約的客戶,才可以換修處理。

  • 非保固內之維修品完修後繼續保固3個月(以發票或Invoice日期為準),保固期內之維修品仍以原保固期為保固期限。

  • 保固識別標籤撕毀或無法辨識者,視為保固期外,為維護您的權益,請勿自行撕換原廠保固序號貼紙。

  • 客戶必需支付運費將退回商品送達至本公司RMA單位

  • 需收費的部份(含保固合約),TRI會附上維修報告。

  • 保固外,客戶退回的維修品若經檢查為良品,TRI得要求客戶支付檢查及測試費。

  •  請非常小心包裝退回的維修品,TRI不負責在運送途中所受損害。

 

Warranty Policy:

l        No additional charges for product maintenance and service under the warranty period excluding terms not listed in the product warranty. Maintenance and service charges based upon TRI maintenance and service rates for excluding terms of the product warranty.

l       TRI promises to maintain the best working efficiency of RMA. TRI guaranty to accomplish product maintenance within 7 working days after receiving returned products.

l        Product maintenance and service only provided to customers with the product warranty and/or the contract for product maintenance and service.

l        3-month maintenance and service warranty (started from the date of invoice and/or receipt) are offered to maintain products with no initial product warranty. The warranty period remained the same as the period indicated in the original product warranty for maintained products under the warranty.

l        Products with the destroyed, detached, and/or unrecognizable product warranty label are considered as NO warranty. For your own right, please DO NOT detach the original product warranty label.

l        Customer MUST pay shipping fee for returning products to TRI RMA.

l        For additional maintenance and service charges (including products under TRI’s warranty), TRI will provide maintenance and service charge reports.

l        For maintained products with no warranty and/or excluding terms of the warranty reported as “Good” after diagnosis checking, TRI will require customers to pay diagnosis and testing fees.

l        Please use extra caution when packing a returned product for maintenance. TRI has rights preserved of not being responsible for any damages caused by shipments of retuned products.

 

不可維修項目:
